Name Cargo

Mr. Romanini joined us in 1992. He has 28 years of experience in the fertilizers sector and has been our chief executive officer for more than 15 years. Before taking over as our chief executive officer, he was responsible for our commercial, administrative and financial departments. Mr. Romanini worked at Banco do Brasil and Arthur Andersen. Fernando Romanini holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from PUC/Campinas.

Mr. Frizzo has 15 years of experience in the financial market, in the mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity areas. He worked at BRZ Investimentos, a private equity management company that became our shareholder. He also worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, LatinFinance Advisory and Banco Santander. Mr. Frizzo holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from FGV and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.

Mr. Zanotto is a founding partner of Biovalens Ltda. He has 13 years of experience in biological defensives products and market. He worked for a brief period at Monsanto and Agrichem before deciding to open Biovalens. Mr. Zanotto holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomic engineering and a master’s degree in agronomy and phytopathology, with emphasis on the biological control of plant diseases.

Mr. Ferro is a founding partner of Biovalens Ltda. He has 14 years of experience in research and development of biological defensives, selection of microorganisms for biological control, studies on action mechanisms, production process development and formulations of biological defensives. He worked as production manager at Laboratório Farroupilha and currently serves as member of the board of the Brazilian Association of Biological Control CompMr. Rodrigo Vasconcellos Agnesini holds the position of Commercial Officer of the Company, having graduated in agronomic engineering from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa since 2003. Since then, he has been working in the commercial area in companies in the input marketing segment, such as Arysta, Ihara and Coopercitrus. He began his career at Vittia in 2014 as a sales assistant and, subsequently, assumed the position of sales representative, both in the state of Mato Grosso. Later, he assumed the position of Regional Manager in Paraná and, for the last 2 years, he served as National Sales Manager responsible for the states of the Southeast and South regions of the country, in addition to Paraguay.anies (Associação Brasileira das Empresas de Controle Biológico – ABCBio). Mr. Ferro is a partner of and serves as R&D officer at Biovalens. Mr. Ferro holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomic engineering; a master’s degree and a Ph.D in agronomy and phytopathology, with emphasis on biological control, from Universidade de Lavras – UFLA; and a Ph.D from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Guilherme has been a Director since June 2014. He joined us in 1996 and has been, for many years, the officer responsible for our technical and industrial departments. He currently serves as vice-chairman of Abisolo, having already served as chairman. Mr. Guilherme Romanini holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Escola de Engenharia de Lorena – USP and a post-graduate degree in soil fertility and plant nutrition from Universidade Federal de Lavras/MG.

Ms. Bueno has been a Director of the Company since 2021, and has more than 24 years of experience in agribusiness and has worked for more than 21 years in several areas of multinational companies. She is the founder and chief executive officer of EasyHub Ltda. In addition, she served as global innovation officer of Plant Impact do Brasil Tecnologia em Nutrição and global consultant of Arysta Lifescience, in Cologne, Germany. She holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomic engineering from Universidade Paulista – UNESP and a post-graduate degree in marketing management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas – PUCCAMP. She also has an international post-MBA from Saint Paul Business School. She is currently attending an MBA course in digital transformation and the future of business at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul – PUCRS.

Mr. Torretta is an agronomist with a degree from Universidade Luiz de Queiroz (USP ± Piracicaba) and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from FGV. With almost four decades of experience in agribusiness, he has held leadership positions in several fertilizer, animal nutrition and crop protection organizations, having held the position of CEO for the last 13 years at Global COO NPP, CEO UPL Brazil, CEO Arysta LifeScience (Latam and Brazil) and CEO Arysta LifeScience Southern Africa. In addition, he was a member of the Board of Directors of 3SB Farm and Sinagro-AG.

Mr. Ricardo has been a Director of the Company since 2020, having extensive experience on boards of directors. Since 2006 he has served as a member of the board of directors. He is an independent member of the Boards of Naturgy Brasil, Invepar, Vittia, Brado Logística, Bradespar, Editora do Brasil and Light SA. He was a member of the Boards of Directors of  Light SESA and Light Energia, Oi, EMGEA, BR Insurance, Tupy, ItacaréCapital, Saraiva, Metalfrio and Banco Nossa Caixa. He was a member of the Fiscal Council of Lojas Americanas and Embratel, as well as of the Advisory Board of LABSSJ and Volunteer at AACD. As a director, he participates in finance, audit, people and governance, strategy and sustainability committees in some of the companies mentioned.

He worked between 1985 and 2001 as an executive in the areas of corporate finance, investment banking and strategic planning at banks Itaú, Garantia and ABNAmro Brasil. He also worked as a senior researcher at the Harvard Business School between 2002 and 2012. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in production engineering/finance, both from PUC-RJ, and a doctorate in administration/strategy from FGV EAESP, with a specialization in administration by Wharton (AMP01) and Harvard (PMD99). He has been an IBGC certified advisor since 2010 and has extensive international publication at Harvard Business Publishing.

Mr. Ricardo has been a Director of the Company since 2020, having extensive experience on boards of directors. Since 2006 he has served as a member of the board of directors. He is an independent member of the Boards of Naturgy Brasil, Invepar, Vittia, Brado Logística, Bradespar, Editora do Brasil and Light SA. Mr. Silva holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Moura Lacerda (1992) and a post-graduate degree in economic analysis from Fundação para Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento da Administração, Contabilidade e Economia – FUNDACE-RP.

Mr. Reis holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Universidade de Franca – UNIFRAN (2008) and in business administration from Faculdades COC (2014); and a post-graduate degree in engineering management and industrial logistics from Universidade de Franca – UNIFRAN.

Ms. Lorena is a Chemical Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and holds the position of Internal Controls Supervisor at the Company, in addition to being a member of the Ethics Committee. Her career began at Vittia, where she has been for 6 years, having previously worked in the areas of Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs.

Ms. Ana Paula is an Administrator with an MBA in People Management and Human Capital Development and holds the position of Human Resources Manager at the Company, in addition to being a member of the Ethics Committee. She has over 14 years of experience in organizational development and her strategic performance encompasses several business areas, with experience in the Industrial, Agribusiness and Pharmaceutical sectors.
